AUTHENTIC FLOW YOGA

Using breath, sounding, soundscape, yoga asana, mantra, intuitive movement and more, all informed by non-dual Tantrik philosophy, these classes invite us to go with what is and not what we want/try there to be. Authentic Flow is a somatic approach to movement, inviting us to explore through the senses, the felt sense of you. Learning to embody our bodies as living, intelligent, feeling, creative expressions of life. By allowing the arising movement of Truth, we also support more complex, self-regulatory and healing processes in the body-mind. This brings a sense of relief and emotional clarity, a sense of agency and tranquility, nourishment, connection and love. “The goal is where you are. QIGONG

Qigong (said Chee Gong) translates to mean ‘energy cultivation’ and is a gentle form of exercise that helps to restore balance within the body. It is deeply intertwined the the philosophy of Tao (yin and yang) and rose from the Chinese way of life. (Think Tai Chi without the martial art aspect!). By uniting movement with the breath, and focusing the intention of the mind, you can increase the flow of Qi (life force energy) within the body and inspire and maintain health and wellbeing. These classes focus on active relaxation and alignment, entering into movement mediation with descriptive guidance and visuals, to bring you into alignment, flow, and harmony, within and without. REQUIREMENTS Space to move, around 2mx2m. (Think: gentle standing stretches, wingspan for swinging arms, transfer of weight side to side). Access to zoom. Yourself, as you are. Extras: Spotify meditative music in the background, optional. If you feel called, I recommend Qigong as a wonderful practice to do outdoors and connect with the abundant energy of nature. (Class length approximately 45 minutes)
SOMA ROLL

Come roll on some balls with me! These classes are a chance to dive into the magical world of fascia through Myofascial Release Technique (MRT)! Fascia, is the three-dimensional connective tissue matrix that connects all the systems of the body. Woven around every bone, muscle, organ, nerve and artery, it holds many of our stories and patterns along with any emotions, and pain, associated with them. By gently softening into, and massaging, any point of the fascia, we can begin to unravel the entire interconnected electrical web, releasing stuck energy, and restoring the natural flow of Qi around the body. Created by Evy Ferraro, an embodiment facilitator and a Goddess devoted to sharing her wisdom. As a self-proclaimed fascia geek ;) her passion and enthusiasm for all things connecting soma mind and spirit is contagious. I hope to transmit even a little of her energy and wisdom to you as I share this gift of Soma Roll. REQUIREMENTS Access to Zoom. Access to Spotify Premium. Yoga mat. Yoga tune up balls x 2 (Any massage ball the size of a tennis ball/tennis balls work also). PROPS A Bolster (Pillows and cushions can be used instead). Yoga Blocks (Or something similar). A blanket. PLEASE NOTE: Not ALL props will be used every class. I will let you know before hand exactly what you need. Props are useful to help support our bodies, prevent collapsing too far into poses, and give us feedback of where we are in space. If using props is new to you I recommend using what you have available to start with, and if you enjoy the practice then invest in props if/when it feels good to do so. :) (Class length approximately 1.15-1.30h)
YIN FUSION

Held with soundscape, drawing from the teachings of Embodied Yin yoga, Qigong and Myofascial Release Technique, Yin Fusion encourages you to slow down and tune into the subtleties of your energy body. As we deepen into yoga asana, breathe into meridian lines, and unravel any stuckness in the web of your fascia, these classes create space for you to explore, and sense into, your inner world. As we journey together and cultivate presence, opportunity arises to meet, and receive, the wisdom contained in the rivers of energy that flow through your being. REQUIREMENTS Yoga mat. Access to Zoom. Access to Spotify Premium. Yourself, as you are. PROPS A Bolster (Pillows and cushions can be used instead). Yoga Blocks (Or something similar). DANCE

Together we’ll tap into the energy within you, that wants to rise and express through you in it’s own unique, and beautiful, way. These classes will use creative and dynamic playlists and guidance to take you on a variety of journeys; inviting you to explore meeting and feeling the symphony of vibrations, beats, harmonies and melodies that want to move and express through your body, as you become, the dance. Dance was never something to do, learn, or be good at; it is a birthright, an expression of your Soul. REQUIREMENTS Space to move. Access to Spotify Premium. Access to Zoom. Yourself, as you are. Extras: Journal and pen. (Class length approximately 1h)
