CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS

As humans, we are relational beings with an innate desire to connect with, and experience nourishment, support, and love, through relationships and community with other fellow human beings. Sometimes, due to our societal conditioning, life experiences and stories, connecting with others can seem difficult and/or overwhelming…but fear not! By consciously showing up and dedicating time and space to gently open and connect in heart centred ways, we can potentially soften into deep intimacy and nourishing connection with any being. Leaving us feeling seen, heard, understood and nourished on a soul level, and closer to one another than ever before.

These workshops, rituals, practices and meditations, will be a playful chance to explore deepening into connection with other beings. Learn to see, hear, feel, understand and be intimate with another being;  whether its someone you have just met, or someone you have been in relation with a while, buddy up with a partner, come along, and explore meeting each other in new ways, and at new depths.

All offerings will vary and for each one that is created I will send out specific information and/or requirements.

(PLEASE NOTE: Conscious Connection offerings will be suitable for any relationship that you feel called to nourish in your life. For example: parent and child, friends, siblings, romantic partners, new connections. If there is a specific practice aimed at supporting romantic/sensual connection then it will be stated in the description and you can partner up accordingly).
